Abstract:

URU 1284 1293 16 pages. Documents stating authority was given to Mr Charles te Water to sign, on behalf of the Union, any instrument which might be agreed upon at the Thirteenth Assembly of the League of Nations. Further states that Mr te Water signed a Convention for the Regulation of Whaling (24 Sept. 1931). Also requests that the Prime Minister may approve the necessary steps being taken towards the ratification of aforementioned Convention.;Includes a Convention for the Regulation of Whaling in English and French
