International Convention for the Regulation of Whaling

Abstract

Minute from the Prime Minister’s Office, 15 Feb. 1957, stating that the Protocol of the International Whaling Commission decided in Jul. 1956, has been signed by the Union’s Ambassador in Washington but that it is now necessary to ratify the Protocol and to deposit the instrument of ratification with the Government of the USA and the Minister’s recommend the approval of the ratification of this Protocol (a copy of which is attached).
