Letters exchanged between the Secretary for External Affairs, the Secretary for Justice and the Chief Clerk, Government Administration, Jamestown, St. Helena in connection with securing a number of documents with regard to an accusation of bigamy made against Mr. Edward Charles Stevens. Dated May-September 1929.
Telegram and manuscript notes on the subject of petitions made by Herbert
William Leo and his wife, Elsie Elizabeth Leo and Percival Lawrence from St. Helena to live and work in the Union of South Africa. States that entry is to be refused based on Minster’s policy not to allow coloured people into the Union.
