dc.description.abstract abstract en_ZA
dc.description.abstract The successions in the cliffs at Macaroni Bay and Ship’s Cove, regarded by a previous worker as glacigenic, with tills of three different ages, are on geological, petrographical and mineralogical evidence considered here to be volcanogenic. Tuff breccias predominate. They are thought to be sub-aqueously deposited debris flows originating from terrestrial volcanoes. en_ZA
