dc.description.abstract Steve Petronski, Louis Pelser and Nic van der Merwe with tree that they planted. This was the last tree of numerous that were planted on Marion to serve as wind-breakers. All the trees died and the experiment failed, as the weather conditions were too adverse for foreign flora. en_ZA
