Meet Arrie Reed. He is one of the Nolitha Construction workers currently at SANAE IV. Here he's busy checking the stability of the base anchors. Working in the harsh Antarctic environment can be challenging at times but Arrie always has a smile on his face. Even though you can't see his face in this photo, I promise you he is smiling underneath that balaclava! . Thanks Arrie, what a pleasure to meet you! .
