Minute and correspondence re the suggested international arbitration between Great Britain and the U.S.A. re the case of Mr. Brown who obtained a final judgment of the late High Court of the Republic of South Africa declaring him to be entitled to licences for certain gold mining claims in the Transvaal, or in the alternative to damages.
