Stokken, of Skien, Norway, for permission to carry on whaling operation at Tristan da Cunha, 27 Mar. 1912. The reply to this Application was that Tristan da Cunha was not included in the administrative sphere of the Union of South Africa and that the application should be addressed to H.M.G. in London. |
